April is a natural ‘people person’ with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management and customer experience. She has spent the last 20 years doing all things marketing – she loves to be challenged to think outside the box, and use creative and strategic ideas to explore, learn and adapt.

April brings a wealth of experience to Norfield having held executive positions in B2B, B2C, technology and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries. She has been called on to lead the marketing strategies of stealth startups to mid-size global companies with over $200M in revenue. April’s career achievements include prestigious awards in marketing as well as interviews with several broadcast media including CNN, Fox News, San Francisco Chronicle and New York Times. Additionally, she has held several chair, board and volunteer positions at non-profit organizations.

When not working, April is either enjoying the outdoors in Lake Tahoe/Reno, watching her alumni Ohio State Buckeyes play football or spending time with her family of sports nuts – hockey, lacrosse and basketball.
