Dylan Marrs

Dylan Marrs is an accomplished environmental and social manager with extensive experience in multidisciplinary international development. Currently serving as the Environmental and Social Manager at Norfund, Dylan also founded and leads Deeper Edge Projects, specializing in technology integration into environmental and social research across sub-Saharan Africa. Previous roles include working as a Cumulative Impact Assessment Specialist at Multiconsult and an Expert in Transboundary Governance and Environmental Crime at GRID-Arendal, where significant contributions were made to energy transition minerals and combating illegal fishing. Dylan holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Studies from NMBU and multiple bachelor's degrees in Environmental Science and Architectural and Building Sciences, supplemented by various certificates in sustainable agriculture, innovation, and project management.
