Torger Lien is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and strategy development. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Norfund since August 2019, Torger has held the position of CEO at SN Power AS since June 2011 and previously led Fred Olsen Renewables AS and Nord Pool ASA as CEO from January 2009 to July 2011 and June 2000 to January 2009, respectively. Torger Lien holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from NTH (1978-1981) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Naval Architecture from Oslo Teknisk Maritime skole (1975-1978).
