Cj Wang

CJ Wang is an experienced leader in Lean methodologies, currently serving as the Head of Lean APAC at 苏尔寿 since July 2020 and as the Head of Lean Asia at IMI Precision Engineering since November 2014. With a strong background in manufacturing cost optimization and productivity enhancement, CJ has successfully delivered significant cost savings and improved operational performance across various regions including China, India, Singapore, Australia, and Japan. Previous roles include Head of Lean China at Continental, where efforts focused on policy deployment, Lean training, and establishing a Lean academy, and a series of roles at UTC Aerospace Systems that involved conducting Lean assessments and leading continuous improvement projects. CJ holds an MBA in Industrial Engineering from Nankai University and a BBA in Industrial Engineering from Tianjin University.
