Michael Mirsch is currently the Head of Technical Development at IMI Industrial Automation, overseeing research and development, including technical trials. After gaining valuable experience in an ISO TS 16949-certified company and spending time at a sister company in the USA, Michael led application engineering at IMI Precision Engineering from 2016. Prior to this, they worked at Norgren, where they held positions including Development Engineer and Project Development Lead, focusing on custom solutions in valve technology. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Product Development from Fachhochschule Bielefeld between 2008 and 2012.
