Ted Chen is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in design and management. Currently serving as Engineering Director at AVENTICS since January 2016, Ted has been an Engineering Manager at Norgren since April 2008, overseeing R&D work in the Asia Technical Center and leading projects in the food & beverage and life science sectors. Ted's career includes a role as a Design Engineer at Emerson, where contributions to the development of the Commercial Service Regulator series were made. Earlier experience includes testing marine engines at Yantai Raffles Shipyard. Ted holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a master’s degree in Power Mechanics and Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and a bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from Jimei University.
