Executive Search and Recruitment for the Nordic Life Science sector.

Founded by Adam Moore, Norherm Search works across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, to match exceptional people with remarkable companies, from early startups to established players.

With a deep understanding of the Nordic Life Science sector, I understand the challenges of tight talent pools, skill shortages and international hiring. I move fast, handle everything from start to finish and never paint with a broad brush. And unlike most agencies, I’m not held back by excessive red tape or fractured processes. The result is the best person, in the right place, in the right company, time and time again.
