Akin M. has a diverse work experience in project and program management roles. Akin started their career as a Relationship Manager at Access Bank Plc in 2015 and later worked as a Relationship Manager at Accion Microfinance Bank Limited from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, they joined Stanbic IBTC as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master, where they led successful implementations of the USSD *909# Nigeria e-commerce project and upgraded the existing CRM platform using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
