Brett Baith

Brett Baith has over 30 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Brett currently serves as the Vice President of Insurance Transformation at Norima Consulting Inc. Brett previously worked as a Partner at MVP Advisory Group, LLC, where they led the Business side of the Insurance Transformation Practice and focused on delivering solution sets for the P&C insurance industry. Before that, they were a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM and the Co-Owner of Baith Enterprises, LLC. Brett also served as the Guidewire Practice Business Lead at UST Global and held various roles at Nationwide Insurance, including Director of Business Project Management and Claims Manager. Baith has extensive expertise in claims handling, claims operations, and claims information technologies.
