Lalit Kumar

Lalit Kumar has extensive work experience in various roles related to Guidewire implementation and architecture. Lalit'smost recent position is as Vice President, Guidewire Implementation Architecture at Norima Consulting Inc., which they started in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Guidewire Architect at Stratus Technology Services, LLC from August 2021 to November 2022. Lalit also gained significant experience as a Guidewire Consultant at Blackcomb Consultants from May 2013 to August 2021. Before entering the Guidewire field, Lalit worked as a Team Lead at IBM from May 2006 to May 2013. Lalit began their career as a Process Engineer at HSIL Ltd. in May 2003.

Lalit Kumar completed their Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela between 1999 and 2003.
