Bas Grift

Bas Grift has a strong background in finance and auditing. Bas started their career at KPMG Audit, where they worked in various teams and gained experience in assessing figures, analyzing processes, and consulting with clients. Bas then moved on to Maes, where they were a Supervisor Audit responsible for establishing internal audit practices, performing risk assessments, and supporting audit teams. After three years at Maes, Bas joined B/E Aerospace as a Manufacturing Controller, overseeing the production of cabin interior products for commercial aircraft and business jets. Bas later became a Business Controller EMEA at Cabot Norit Activated Carbon and a Corporate Controller at De RuwBouw Groep. Currently, Bas holds the position of Finance Director EURASIA at Norit Activated Carbon.

Bas Grift attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. Afterward, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Accountancy at Nyenrode Business University from 2010 to 2013.
