Norland Agency works exclusively with Norland Nannies, graduates of our undergraduate degree and diploma, placing them in positions with families worldwide. All nannies and Maternity Nurses placed through Norland Agency hold a minimum Level 3 qualification, have completed a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid course within the last three years, and have an up-to-date DBS check. Norland Agency also verifies all references before placing a Norland Nanny to ensure our high standards are upheld.
