NORLOY (Nordic + Alloy) was born from a simple observation: Sweden and the Nordics are full of world-class innovation, but the path from early momentum to a sustainable, global scale is often a lonely one for founders to navigate

The most resilient growth happens when you fuse world-class innovation with deep operational experience. Just as an alloy creates a material stronger than its individual parts, we join forces with founders to build something unbreakable.

We are a team of partners with over 180 years of combined experience leading global organizations and scaling tech startups. We’ve been in the seats you’re sitting in, we’ve navigated the same hurdles, and we’ve made the mistakes so you don’t have to.

How we work:
We don’t just write checks and wait for board meetings. We get in the boat and row with you. We take active, C-level operational roles inside our portfolio companies to build the commercial engines, sales infrastructure, and operational discipline needed for sustainable, predictable scale.

What we focus on:

Sector: Retail-tech and Fintech.

Stage: Founders with proven traction (€1M–€5M revenue).

Geography: Based in or expanding from the Nordics.

We are already partnered with a select group of companies, helping them navigate the journey from early momentum to institutional-grade scale.

If you’re a founder who wants more than just a bank transfer—if you want a partner who stays until the work is done—let’s build the future of Nordic innovation together.
