Michael Lambert is an experienced engineer specializing in propulsion and climate technology. They have successfully led critical mechanical development projects at Rocket Lab, including the Photon fluid system for the CAPSTONE mission. Currently, at Norma, Michael leads the development of a scalable Direct Air Capture (DAC) system, focusing on prototyping, hardware iteration, and comprehensive testing.
