Normachem is a consultancy specialising in chemical compliance (REACH, CLP, biocides), European and non-EU product compliance, workplace safety, dangerous goods transport, environmental chemistry and corporate sustainability. We support companies in understanding regulatory requirements and in building processes that make them manageable over time.

We work with organisations operating in very different sectors, all facing the same challenge: navigating regulations that evolve quickly and turning them into solid operational decisions.

Our work covers the compliance of chemical substances, the safety of materials and articles placed on the market, occupational health and safety, dangerous goods transport and environmental topics such as emissions, waste, by-products, end-of-waste and environmental labelling. In recent years we have also expanded our expertise to corporate responsibility: circular economy, EPR schemes, CSRD/ESRS, ecodesign, supply-chain data and due-diligence requirements.

Our approach is technical, but it rests on a simple idea: helping companies work more safely and with greater awareness, while reducing risk. We combine consultancy, training and continuous regulatory monitoring. Every project starts with listening carefully, because no two companies have the same needs or the same history.

We are a technical team with continuous learning embedded in the way we work. Regulations change regularly, and staying up to date is the only way to provide support that is truly meaningful.
