What it does: thermal transmittance (NCh 853:2021) with a multi-layer assembly builder; Glaser condensation checks (NCh 1973 / ISO 13788, boundary conditions of Res. 1802/2025); ventilation checks (NCh 3308); detection of municipalities under clean-air plans (PDA) with plan requirements verified against the Official Gazette; and a PDF report with a SHA-256 integrity fingerprint, ready for the professional's signature and permit filing.

How it's built: in public, standard by standard. Every value traced to its official source (MINVU, INN, Official Gazette) and cited in the PDF. Library of ~100 materials traced to NCh 853:2021, DITEC MINVU and ISO 10456. Coverage: 9 thermal zones and all 346 Chilean municipalities.

Created by a Master's graduate in Sustainable Habitat and Energy Efficiency (UBB), accredited by MINVU as an External CEV Energy Assessor (Res. 266/2025). The signable PDF report and saved projects always belong to the user.
