Sammer Richi is an accomplished business operations leader currently serving as the Business Operations Lead at Normal Computing since March 2025. Previously, Sammer worked at Google from July 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities included Lead for Customer Support Digital Transformation and being promoted to Staff Program Manager in May 2023. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Program Manager in Google Ads Product Operations and advising the co-founder and CEO of Snif. An alumnus of Wake Forest University with a BS in Finance and a minor in Mathematics, achievements during university included serving as President of Sigma Nu Fraternity and receiving the Order of Omega Greek Man of the Year award in 2011.
