Steve Ritchie

Stephen Ritchie is a co-founder and CFO at Proof+Geist, where they design and develop software, strategy, and services to remove barriers to information for community-serving organizations. They also serve as a Principal at Normal>Next, collaborating with leaders across various sectors to support communities in navigating change. Previously, Stephen held positions as CFO at inRESONANCE, Inc., and as a teacher and coach at both Indian Mountain School and Berwick Academy. With a BA in Psychology from Tufts University, they have extensive experience in business and finance management, relationship building, and consulting.
