Ruth Ware

Ruth is an Associate within their Research and Insight team, supporting their executive search, interim management, and leadership consulting practices across all of Norman Broadbent’s functional and sector verticals.

Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Ruth was working for another Search firm specialising in Public Sector and Charity appointments at both Executive and Non-Executive levels. In her earlier career, Ruth worked in Higher Education and student recruitment.

Ruth graduated from the University of St Andrews with an MA in Medieval History and Theological Studies

Outside of work she enjoys reading about History, cycling and wild water swimming.
