Simon Chard

Simon Chard is the Chairman and Managing Director of Normans Jersey, a builders merchant operating in Jersey since 2001. In addition to this role, Simon serves as a Board Member for the Jersey Construction Council since January 2017 and has been the Managing Director at STARK Building Materials UK since 2001. Prior to these positions, Simon held various roles at B&Q, including Area Director and Store Manager, from January 1988 to September 2001 across multiple locations. Simon completed education at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership in 2015 and attended Eirias High School in Colwyn Bay from 1978 to 1983.
