Robin Smedbäck

Robin Smedbäck has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They currently work at Normative.io as a Support Manager, a position they started in February 2022. Before that, from 2019 to 2022, Robin worked at Bannerflow as a Product Specialist. Prior to that, they were employed at Favro as a Support & Community Manager, where they helped users maximize the benefits of the project management and collaboration tool. Robin also worked at Hansoft as a Support & Customer Success Manager from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Robin held roles such as an Administrative Assistant at Pharm Assist Sweden AB in 2014, a Support Coordinator at Paradox Interactive in 2014, and a QA Tester/Embedded QA Tester at DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB) from 2012 to 2013. They also volunteered as a QA Tester at Fatshark AB in 2012 and worked as a Node Assembler at Ericsson in 2011 and 2010.

Robin Smedbäck attended Duveholmsgymnasiet from 2003 to 2006. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they studied Animal Behavior and Ethology at the SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
