Ashley Tilot has a robust background in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and technical sales within the food industry. Currently serving as a Technical Sales Engineer at Normec OWS since November 2025, Ashley has previously held key roles such as Regulatory Labeling Claims Specialist at Hoffmaster and Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Festival Foods, where responsibilities included overseeing quality and compliance processes. Prior experience includes various positions at TNT Crust, focusing on food safety and quality assurance, as well as a Quality Supervisor role at Menasha Packaging. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin, completed in May 2012, following education at Seymour Community High School.
