Joe Lugg is currently the GCCT Manager for the BEME Region at Normet Group, overseeing ground control construction technology operations in the UK, Central Europe, and the Middle East. Previously, Joe served as Country Manager in Qatar, where they were responsible for P&L in a complex market, focusing on underground construction technologies and project execution. Joe also worked as a TBM Shift Engineer at Dragados S.A. and held roles as a Tunnel Project Engineer and Vacation Student Assistant Driller at Fugro Geoservices Ltd. Joe earned a First Class (Hons) degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Exeter and continues their education at the Camborne School of Mines.
