Lasse Mod

Lasse Mod has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and spare parts industries. Lasse has held several director roles at Normet Group, where they have been responsible for developing and maintaining profitable service offerings and business models, driving growth in the spare parts business, and overseeing service operations. Prior to their time at Normet Group, Lasse worked at Metso, where they were the director of spare equipment and parts for Metso Flow Control, as well as the head of spare parts operations. Lasse also has experience as a development engineer at AHM Engineering. Lasse has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive growth, improve profitability, and optimize operations throughout their career.

Lasse Mod completed their education at various institutions. In 2008, they obtained a Master of Technology degree in Production Economics/Electric Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. During their studies, they also spent six months at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) as part of a Master of Technology program in Industrial Economics. In 2016, Lasse Mod attended Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development to pursue further studies in Organizational Leadership, although the degree obtained is unspecified.
