Norma Sapp serves as the State Director at Oklahoma NORML, a role held since 1990. In addition to overseeing operations, Norma provides advice and assistance to individuals facing legal challenges related to drug laws, actively engages with media to raise awareness of these issues, and has lobbied the state legislature for 18 years.
