Daksh Pandya

Daksh Pandya is an experienced professional in the fields of cybersecurity and legal counsel, currently serving as the Founder of NormShift since October 2025. Prior to this role, Daksh held positions as Chief Information Security Officer at Kissht and Ring, both involved in transforming credit accessibility in India through digital lending applications. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Information Security Engineer and IT Compliance and Legal Manager at Ergode and Boson, respectively, where Daksh developed and maintained information security strategies and policies. Daksh began a legal career as a Legal Counsel at Arcot Group, handling intellectual property and cyber laws, and has contributed as a cybersecurity trainer and ethical hacker. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Mumbai University and an Executive Governance Management certification from EC-Council University.
