At Norn, we champion world-changing ideas in the life sciences, medical, and health tech sectors. With over 150 years of combined commercial experience, we specialise in guiding early-stage companies through the complex journey of launching products, expanding into new markets, and achieving successful exits. Our expertise spans the UK, Europe, and America, the largest regions of healthcare spending in the world.

Our mission is to innovate global healthcare by empowering the people who can make the biggest impact. Our unique track record includes corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and government advisory roles, making us exceptionally positioned to support your venture’s growth and success in markets we know intimately.

At Norn, we have unique access to promising founders who trust our judgment. Instead of passing opportunities to slow or ill-suited investors, we take a proactive approach by opening doors ourselves. Our team fills in the missing pieces of commercialisation, leveraging our relationships and network to unlock opportunities that are often difficult to access. This can transform not only the life of a founder but also potentially the world.

We invest significant time and resources in top-performing ventures, ensuring they reach their full potential. At the same time, we focus on maturing and growing our remaining portfolio through strategic coaching, mentorship, active involvement, tailored exit strategies, and community building. This balanced strategy allows us to target high-potential ventures while nurturing others, maximising overall growth and success.

With a history of 15 successful exits, we’ve proven our ability to drive growth and achieve results. We collaborate with a network of exceptional partners who share our commitment to advancing life sciences. Together, we bring top-tier expertise in healthcare delivery, medical technology, and digital diagnostics, driving forward the future of global healthcare.
