Thomas Flemming

Thomas Flemming has been working in the tech industry since 1992. Thomas began their career as a Developer and Teacher Assistant at the University of Oslo. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Mogul Media. From 1998 to 2000, they were a Group Lead at EUnet and then KPNQwest. From 2002 to 2012, they were a Head Engineer at USIT and the University of Oslo. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Mesan AS. Since 2016, they have been the Chief People, Progress, and Potential Officer (C3PO) at Thomas Flemming Consulting AS. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Technology Officer at NorQuant, where they are responsible for fund analysis using research in quantitative finance and funds managed by robots.

Thomas Flemming attended Oppegård Videregående Skole from 1983 to 1987. Thomas then went on to pursue a MSc in Computer Science from the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1989 to 2008.
