Le Van possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Manager of Finance at NORR since April 2012. Prior roles at NORR include Accounting Supervisor, Associate, Accountant, and Accounting/Payroll Administrator. Before joining NORR, Le Van worked as a Property Accountant at Riverstone Communities, LLC from February 2009 to April 2012. Le Van earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting, graduating Cum Laude from Wayne State University between 2006 and 2008.
