Veikko Saikkonen

Veikko Saikkonen is currently the Head of North American Operations and Sr. AI Architect at Norrin, where they design and deliver advanced AI systems to transform industrial operations. With a strong background in Applied Physics and Machine Learning, Veikko has over seven years of experience in building and deploying Applied AI solutions across various sectors, including manufacturing and aerospace. Previously, they served as a Data Scientist at Smartbi and completed an internship at Nokia, where they developed algorithms and earned recognition for excellence under pressure. Veikko has also gained valuable experience through roles as a Data Entry Operator at ADA Drive and a Group Lead during the Slush event. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Aalto University and completed exchange studies in Computer Science at Technische Universiteit Delft.
