Rick Leisner

Rick Leisner is a Principal at Norris Design, where they have been since 2018. They previously held significant roles in urban and community planning, including Director positions at HOK, Jacobs, HNTB, and WRT, LLC. Leisner also served as the Assistant Executive Director of Development Services for the City of McKinney from 2012 to 2015 and was the Director of Planning at Halff Associates from 2015 to 2017. They earned a Master of Landscape Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University.
