Devi Singh

Devi Singh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Devi is currently serving as the Head of HR for GBS HR India at Norsk Hydro. Before joining Norsk Hydro, they worked at Reliance Jio Infocomm ltd where they held the position of Head of Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations for the Punjab region. Prior to that, Devi Singh worked at Reliance Jio Infocom Limited as a Human Resources Manager. Devi also gained valuable experience at Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Engagement Group. Devi Singh began their career at MTS, where they worked as a Manager.

Devi Singh completed an Executive Development Program in Labor Law Management at XLRI Jamshedpur in 2022. Prior to that, Devi earned an MBA from M D S University specializing in Human Resource Management & Marketing, which was completed between 2005 and 2007. Devi also has various additional certifications including Personality and Ability Assessment Course from SHL in 2023, and courses on Time Management, Developing a Service Mindset, and Managing Virtual Teams from LinkedIn, obtained in various years, the latest being in 2022.
