Benjamin Schaff has four years of work experience. Benjamin began their career in 2013 as an Intern at Premium AEROTEC. In 2015, they worked as an Intern at Heinrich Dörhage Stahlbau GmbH & Co. KG and as a Graduant at IFW - Institute of Production Engineering and Machine Tools. In 2016, they were hired as a Quality Engineer at Norsk Titanium.

Benjamin Schaff attended Leibniz Universität Hannover from 2008 to 2016, where they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Engineering.
