Tom Coone

Tom Coone serves as the Lead Project Superintendent at NorSouth Constructs since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing and managing high-density multi-family projects, such as the $21 million ACCENT 2050 in Atlanta, GA. Prior experience includes the role of Sr. Lead Project Superintendent at CBG Building Company from 2004 to March 2017, demonstrating expertise in managing multi-million dollar projects through comprehensive planning and coordination. Tom has held various superintendent positions from 2003 to 2004 in other construction firms, including Falls Church Construction Corp and Trammell Crow Residential, as well as earlier roles as Project Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, developing a strong foundation in constructing commercial and residential buildings. Educational qualifications include undergraduate studies in construction, marketing, and business from both Manatee Community College and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
