Emma Viklund

Emma Viklund has extensive experience in project management and retail leadership. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Norstat since February 2020, Emma's role involves ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality data to facilitate informed analysis and decision-making. Prior to this, Emma worked at Office Depot Sweden from April 2014 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing store operations, staffing, budgeting, and enhancing customer experience as a Store Manager. Additional roles at Office Depot included Store Development Resource and Sales Associate, each contributing to personal development in team leadership and customer service. Emma holds educational credentials from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Djurgymnasiet Stockholm.
