Ando Leesment

Ando Leesment is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead at Nortal since February 2021, Ando oversees development workflow, team rituals, delivery management, project planning, and client communication. Previously, Ando held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on performance testing with Gatling/Scala and API test automation using Cucumber/Java/RestAssured, along with QA leadership across multiple projects. Prior experience includes roles at Cleveron AS as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for test plans, acceptance, and regression testing, and at the Centre of Registers and Information Systems as an Application Administrator, managing application and database testing. Ando is currently pursuing education at Tallinn University of Technology, with studies ongoing since 2011.
