Aron H. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ICT and defense. Serving as Chief ICT R&D Department at IKT Keskus from July 2017 to July 2018, Aron directed the Estonian Defence Forces’ ICT research and digital transformation. Prior roles include leadership positions in the Estonian Defense Forces from January 2008 to June 2017, where Aron managed key aspects of command, communications, and operational planning. Currently, Aron holds the position of Deputy Head of the Estonian Delegation at the NATO Industrial Advisory Group and has served as a Technical Team Member at NATO Science & Technology Organization. Additional roles include Director of Operations & Delivery at Talgen Cybersecurity and Vice President of Defence R&D at Nortal, with a focus on innovative defense solutions. Aron holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from TalTech and a Bachelor's in Military Leadership from the Estonian Military Academy.
