Daniela Toscano is an IT Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in psychology. They obtained a degree in Organizational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and have accumulated diverse experience across industries, including roles as a Selection Analyst at Plan Automotor Ecuatoriano S.A. and as an HR Intern at Repsol. Currently, they work as a Senior IT Recruiter at Nortal, where they manage the end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience. Previously, they contributed to Claro Ecuador and gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and process improvement in various roles.
