Liis Mikk

Liis Mikk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience, currently serving as Head of Product & CX at Nortal since April 2012. In this role, Liis leads product capabilities in Estonia, aiming to enhance client solutions. Prior positions include Partner and Senior Product Owner, focusing on tailored product pre-analysis and project management across multiple countries, and working as Senior Product Owner and Global Product Hive Lead on custom software projects in Germany. Liis's background also includes developing tax management solutions for Botswana and designing eHealth systems for clients in Estonia, Lithuania, and Finland. Earlier experience as a Bank Teller at Nordea highlighted exceptional customer service skills. Liis holds a Master's degree in Information and Knowledge Management and is pursuing a Master's in IT from the University of Tartu, alongside a Bachelor's in Mathematical Statistics and Probability.
