Robert Walther

Robert Walther is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people partnership and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Nortal Germany since December 2022, Robert previously held the role of People Partner at SellerX from September 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included consulting on talent management and employee experience throughout the lifecycle. Notable achievements include leading the implementation of a performance conversation process across multiple international locations. Prior to that, Robert was an HR Business Partner at kfzteile24 GmbH, managing HR functions for diverse departments and overseeing recruitment efforts.
