Uko V. currently serves as the Group CISO at Eesti Energia and the Chief Information Security Officer at Nortal, focusing on cybersecurity and cyber defense. Uko has extensive experience in leadership roles within the Estonian Defense Forces, including managing NATO Cyber Range initiatives and serving as the Commander of the Cyber and Information Operations Center. Uko earned a Master's Degree in Cyber Defense and Telecommunications Technology from Tallinna Tehnikaülikool and a Bachelor's in Military and Strategic Leadership from the Estonian National Defence College.
