Eric Damman

Eric Damman is an experienced supply chain professional with a comprehensive background in leadership and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Supply Chain at Nortech Systems, Inc. since December 2019, Eric provides critical supply chain leadership, focusing on cost reduction and supplier rationalization. Prior roles include Supply Chain Manager at P&F Machining Inc. and Abbott, where responsibilities encompassed procurement, project management, and logistical oversight. Eric's earlier experience includes managing significant supply chain operations at St. Jude Medical and Greatbatch Medical, along with expertise gained from military service as a Captain in the United States Army. Eric holds an MBA in Business Administration from Webster University and a BS in Law and Computer Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
