Amber Nielson is an experienced professional in plant management and quality assurance, currently serving as Plant Manager at Nortera since February 2015. Previously, Amber held the position of Plant Superintendent at both Nortera and Sobeys West Inc - Safeway Operations from August 2008 to February 2015. Amber's career began at Lucerne Foods - Safeway Operations as a QA Supervisor from November 2003 to August 2008. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Agriculture Biotechnology from The University of Lethbridge.
