Geoff Smart is a Regional Project Manager for Nortera in Ontario and Alberta since October 2014. Responsibilities include developing budgets and proposing over 100 projects annually focused on productivity enhancements, mechanical uptime, logistics optimization, profit sustainability, and CSR implementation. Geoff successfully manages the annual Capital Expenditures budget in Ontario while effectively engaging teams to implement low-cost, high-return micro-projects. Prior experience includes work at Queen's University on ammonia plant debottlenecking and biodiesel production facility design, and earlier roles at Oakville Home Leisure involved sales and customer service. Geoff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University, completed in 2014.
