Lea Therrien, CRHA, has been the Directrice Talent et Culture at Nortera since August 2013, overseeing multiple responsibilities including leading the development of a collaborative workspace called Station B for Bonduelle in Montréal. In the role of Responsable de l'expérience employé, Lea enhances employee engagement and retention efforts. Additionally, as Responsable du développement des compétences managériales, contributions include designing training programs and promoting effective organizational culture. Previous positions held include Conseillère en ressources humaines and Technicienne aux ressources humaines, with experience in various HR functions at Barry Callebaut and the South shore regional school board. Lea holds a Bachelor's degree in Relations Industrielles from Université Laval and a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Sciences humaines from Cegep de St-Hyacinthe.
