Shawn Pollock

Shawn Pollock has extensive experience in human resources and management, holding various positions since 1998. Currently serving as the US HR Packaging Manager at Nortera since October 2020, Shawn previously held roles such as HR Manager in the same company and at Coach and Equipment Mfg. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Guardian Industries Corp., where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of HR for a large organization, as well as customer service and sales management roles. Early career highlights include supervisory positions in security and landscaping, alongside certification as a bus driver and trainer. Shawn's educational background includes studies at Cortland Community College and Fingerlakes Community College.
