We finance companies unable to obtain conventional financing due to corporate underwriting standards of senior leverage or debt coverage.  A prospective borrower might be early stage or tied to cyclical industries, or the size of the loan request may be not large enough for conventional asset-based lenders.  Borrowers use our capital for various reasons including; corporate growth, asset or business acquisitions, as well as turnarounds and restructurings. 

North Fork Partners' capital comes from high net worth individuals as well as institutional investors seeking high current yields.  Our platform is designed to provide qualified investors the opportunity to achieve noncorrelated, high yielding, risk-adjusted returns, with a significant amount of security.  North Fork Partners’ managers also co-invest in all transactions, further aligning our interests with each investor.

Our key personnel have over 20+ years in the specialty finance sector working for large institutions as well as acting as managers for private asset-based lending funds. Our ability to originate and structure transactions while reducing risk has created a superb track history, with post-loss returns exceeding 14% per annum. Our underwriting process and procedures run parallel on every deal so that foreseen and unforeseen risks are proposed, evaluated, and mitigated.
