Cassi Wright is currently the Safeguarding Team Leader at North Herts Council, having held this position since 2024. Previously, Cassi served as Head of Safeguarding at Crystal Palace Football Club from 2020 to 2024, and as National Designated Safeguarding Lead for Teenage Cancer Trust from 2017 to 2020. With experience as a Victim Contact Coordinator at Victim Support Bedfordshire and a Youth Justice Officer at Luton Youth Offending Service, Cassi has a strong background in safeguarding and welfare management. Cassi earned a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire and completed a Level 5 in Leadership and Management at the Chartered Management Institute.
