Jenn Chung is a 14x Salesforce Certified professional and a Certified Application Architect, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Northlight Solutions Group within the Revenue Cloud Team. With previous experience as a Strategic Project Manager and Sales Operations Lead at DECRA Metal Roofing, Jenn successfully established a formal deal review process, enhancing accountability in pricing. They have also held various roles in sales operations and management across multiple companies, including Spectrum Brands and Accenture, where Jenn contributed to Salesforce implementations and training initiatives. Jenn earned an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of California, Irvine.
