Tim Rathert is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and community engagement. Since December 2015, Tim has served as Santa Claus at North Pole, spreading joy to children by listening to their wishes and promoting a spirit of giving. Concurrently, Tim has worked at WBKO-TV since October 2006, taking on multiple engineering roles, including Electrical, Structural, Mechanical, Civil, and Broadcast Engineer, addressing various technical needs. Prior to this, Tim served in the United States Air Force from May 1984 to June 2004 as a Ground Radio specialist, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of communication equipment. Tim's education includes studies at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and Western Kentucky University.
